Good poop matters, because good poop is a physical indicator that parents can use to easily tell if their child has good digestive health, which can help children absorb the nutrients they need to be happy, healthy kids.1
Tiny tummies easily recognise natural, whole foods but preservatives and unwanted additives can complicate digestion and disrupt healthy bacteria in a child’s tummy.

Keeping healthy with exercise and a good night’s rest can aid digestion. Good sleep is good for the gut’s microbiome2, which plays an important role in the digestive, metabolic and immune functions, in turn helping to regulate sleep. That’s right, good gut health also helps children sleep better!3 95% of the body’s serotonin – an important hormone that regulates sleep and digestion – is found in your child’s gut.
It’s time we started talking more openly about Poop and to make sure children can achieve Good Poop. That’s the role of the Good Poop Officer in any household. And anyone can be a champion for good poop, mum, dad, grandma, grandpa, aunty, uncle, big brother or sister… anyone!
SUPER POOPER
When this lightning fast superhero of poop isn't zipping around, he loves tumbling at the gym and playing football with his Good Poop friends.
He believes: “Regular exercise can help all of us sleep better. Good sleep can help us stay healthy and happy!”
He loves: A healthy and nutritious breakfast to power him every day.
GUTSY GAL
This gutsy farm girl loves being out in nature, foraging for fresh veggies to eat and picking up wild flowers to decorate her home.
She believes: “Natural, whole foods are good for tiny tummies! When ours guts feel good, we will also have really good sleep!”
She loves: Her pink gutsy wheelbarrow that she brings everywhere.
POOPOO POWER
A colourful character, Poopoo Power is always cheerful and ready for the day with a big smile. He lights up any dance floor with his smooth moves.
He believes: “Good sleep is just what we need to feel well rested and happy the next day. And don’t forget, always brush your teeth, and be in bed by 8pm every day!”
He loves: A good bedtime story.
