Key Quality Checks
Factory Incoming Checks
Upon arrival at the factory, a final inspection is done.
The Certificate of Analysis/Compliance is reviewed to ensure that raw materials meet tested specifications.
Semi-finished Product Checks
Ensures that product contains the correct amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Product is tested for density, pH, moisture and foreign substances.
Ensures that vitamins and minerals amounts match what is indicated on the label.
Finished Product Checks
A final round of inspections are done on the finished product before it leaves the factory. For example, composition checks, vitamins and minerals test, microbiological tests and/or contaminants tests.
